they then break into a house and kidnap a boy who is a (gasp!
Favourite overlooked films:
A New Leaf - Walter Matthau, Elaine May 1971
Night of the Comet - Robert Beltran, Catherine Mary Stewart 1984
Without a Clue - Ben Kingsley, Michael Caine 1988
Evil Under the Sun - Peter Ustinov, Maggie Smith, James Mason 1982
The Stunt Man - Peter O'Toole, Barbara Hershey, Steve Railsback 1980
There are more, but these are all I could think of right now. I love movies!

he has 9 months to live so they say.
among all the heartbreak and pain he is crying and begging me to go to the kingdom hall with him.
Snoozy I am so sorry to hear this. This is terrible news and I feel awful for you. Do you have any support for you? I don't know anything about support groups, although I think it's a good place to start. Take care . . . .
after reading all the sad stories of how some here have been abused in a multitude of ways, if you had the opportunity now, would you speak up?
if you tended to be shy or insecure, would you want to speak out now, if you could?

I already did that. One of the COs that stopped by my house once to "encourage" me to shut up (or else), I let fly. I think I used 5 of the 7 Deadly Words on him. Then I wrote a hot letter to the elder that accomanied him and asked him if the letters F.O. meant anything to him. You'd think that would've helped, but it didn't. It's no fun punching a blob of Jell-o.
Spaznik & Stinkypantz:
Thanks. I'm going through a bad time right now, so that means a lot.
i remember once doing the closing prayer for field service.
at the time, i didn't know what to believe, and was simply going through the motions.
i would much rather been in bed.
I think my whole life is one big mess up.
in february i reported that the watchtower society visited my website (click here for the february post).
i think they were a little frightened by this exposure and masked their identity while surfing apostate websites because i never saw them back in my stats.
but today i caught them again:.
Thanks Rado and thank you JT for some very interesting and eye opening information.
"they announced that the world had in fact ended in 1914, and if the rest of us hadn't noticed, that was our lookout.
it is astonishing in the face of such transparent evasions that this religion has any adherents at all.
but religions are tough.
I loved "Cosmos", I even went out and bought the music by Vangelis. After reading the whole quote, I must admit I feel embarrassed. I believed what I wanted to believe and saw what I wanted to see. I look back on my life as a Witness and all I can feel is that sense of embarrassment at how I duped myself to believe what they taught.
